In collaboration with Roodbeen Architectuur and landscape architect Niek Roozen, we worked on this urban district in Jiubao.

Within a series of projects in China, this was the project that achieved the most development. It involved a large-scale and densely built urban development in the city of Hangzhou. In addition to housing, the project also included office buildings, a central market, schools, commercial spaces, and more. The entire area was designed with a comprehensive landscape plan, featuring large public spaces of varying environmental qualities. Although the project participated in a closed competition, it unfortunately was not selected as the winner.
