For this family from the northern part of Haarlem, we developed the complete project for the expansion and renovation of their home. The project includes a total renovation and interior design. The house will increase in size through an extension on the ground floor, replacing a 1970s addition that housed the bathroom and kitchen, and by adding an extra floor. The layout of each floor will also change, with the addition of a bathroom and a technical room on the first floor.

An interesting detail of the project is the enlargement of the entrance hall, which is often small in this type of house. This hall will be expanded with a larger addition to the front facade of the house, which can also serve as a workspace.

In addition to the architectural design and building application, we also handled the interior design of the main spaces in the house.
