For a client in Haarlem, we fully redeveloped the second floor of two merged buildings into two independent housing units. This project required a careful approach to harmonize the structure of both buildings while realizing modern living comfort.

We designed a clever layout that optimally utilizes the available space, ensuring that both living areas are equipped with all necessary amenities, including a private kitchen, bathroom, and living and sleeping areas. The living spaces were designed with a focus on natural light and ventilation, making them not only functional but also pleasant and spacious.
